Enrolment in Doctoral degrees: UMU (Biology and Technology of Reproductive Health)- UCPH (Cellular and genetic Medicine)

OBJECTIVES

  1. To develop oviductal and uterine organoids (ELM) to collect their secretions (bovine and human models).
  2. To test the efficiency of organoid-derived secretions (ODS) versus reproductive fluids (either from in vivo or ex vivo organs) as additives to bovine culture media.
  3. To implement the regulatory and quality controls needed to transform the ODS into commercially available additives.
  4. To create biobanks of organoid-derived reproductive fluids in different institutions and companies, including human infertility clinics
