OBJECTIVES

  1. Collection of EVs from medium conditioned by human embryos that either gave rise to a pregnancy/offspring or not.
  2. Identification of miRNAs and proteins differentially expressed in EVs from implanted and non-implanted human embryos.
  3. Uptake assessment of EVs from implanted and non-implanted embryos in an in vitro implantation model (endometrial cells and cell line St-T1b).
  4. Analyse by transcriptomics of endometrial cell lines if exposure to EVs or EV-derived miRNAs from implanted and non-implanted embryos impact differentially gene expression
