Kick off meeting

We are delighted to announce the launch of the hashtag#SMARTWINERY project which starts with the kick off meeting at the Universidad de Murcia. SMARTWINERY aims to optimise the winemaking process in the winery through the application of new technologies. Its purpose is focused on reducing production costs, increasing production capacity by reducing processing times, improving wine quality and reducing environmental impacts.

It has started this November and will be completed by the end of 2026.
